It's hard to believe that I haven't updated since 2013. Brandon and Colin just completed 7th grade. They had a successful year, but more importantly in their lives, they had great soccer seasons. This year we switched from the JCC- Concorde, SSA, and just the J to UFA Metro. It is a small club within a larger club. Each of the boys developed their skills and improved greatly.
Though it seems like soccer was our focus this year, we also had Bar Mitzvah lessons happening weekly. The boys learned their Torah portions as well as most of the prayers in the service for their B'nei Mitzvah.
In 1 week we will be leaving on for Israel to begin our B'nei Mitzvah trip. If you wish to follow our journey I'll update on here along with pictures and hopefully video of the service itself.
