SShhhh- The Secret is out!

The secret has been revealed to friends and family Glenn and I are doubling our family. Yes, doubling. As June nears, we will no longer have 2 family members we will have 4 (and also Maisie of course!!) Today, I am officially 13 weeks along with two little babes. My due date is June 25, but dates are rather relative with twins. I just hope that they stick around in my belly until June. So far, we have had so much excitement. 7 weeks ago, we found out that there might be 2 and 6 weeks ago, we saw both little heartbeats beating along. Last week, I heard their heartbeats and the next day Glenn and I saw them chillin' in my belly. Baby A (that is the name for now) was sucking it's thumb with it's legs crossed, while Baby B gave us a good wave after kicking and punching around. Is this what things will be like? One laid back and one active?? None the less, they both were measuring beautifully and had strong heartbeats. I was so nervous about things not being developed that we asked the doctor to check their brains.. and well, they both have brains too... I guess that makes up for what I'm missing.

As for me, I'm busy eating all day and sleeping all night! I have never consumed so much food! Other than being hungry- and boy the hunger can be like a monster, I've been holding back on being sick. At times all I want to do is feel better, but really- it isn't so bad. It really could be worse, so I'm very thankful.

Hopefully I'll get a couple of ultrasound pictures up for you and maybe a belly shot or two. (Yes, at 13 weeks I look more like 4 months.)
